This role will lead the shaping and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with high-level business goals. Working with the CEOs and collaborating across departments, this role drives brand visibility, customer engagement, and company growth. Lead Strategic Planning: Define and evaluate short- and long-term marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Manage Marketing Budget: Oversee a sizeable budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Drive Creative Execution: Supervise the development of print and digital media campaigns, maintaining brand integrity.
Supervision: Oversight of the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant
Oversee External Partnerships: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Develop Co-Branded Campaigns: Align merchandising goals with vendor strategies to create compelling joint marketing efforts.
Administer Marketing Funds: Ensure timely collection and effective use of co-op and market development funds.
Analyze Performance Metrics: Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.
Lead Social Media Strategy: Manage brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor evolving marketing trends and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
You need: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in the marketing or retail industries
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
At least two years of experience supervising direct reports
Experience managing budgets of at least $500,000
Graphic design experience: 4 years minimum
Social media and Meta Business Suite: 4 years minimum
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Advanced computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to detail
Ability to develop and manage budgets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of current marketing techniques and best practices
Strong understanding of marketing dynamics
Ability to travel
Ability to drive a vehicle as needed
