Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through networking, referral partnerships, cold-calling, and community involvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assess individual and business insurance needs and tailor coverage solutions.
  • Present and sell personal and commercial lines insurance products.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements
  • Active P&C insurance license required.
  • Proven success in insurance sales or similar professional sales experience.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and outbound lead generation.
