What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to grow our national retail and B2B accounts in the Wall Art category. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-expectation environment, understands the retail buying cycle, and can effectively manage buyer relationships and speak their language from pitch to post-sale support. The right candidate is an expert in the Wall Art category, a strong communicator who brings structure, clarity, and strategy to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with buyers, planners, and decision-makers at national retail chains and specialty stores. Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, proposal, negotiation, order entry, and long-term relationship management.
  • Pipeline & CRM Discipline
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all sales activity in our CRM. Be ready to communicate lead status, buyer responses, and next steps in a clear, concise format.
  • Reporting & Internal Communication
  • Provide high-level sales updates weekly. Distill complex pipelines into actionable summaries that inform leadership decision-making.
  • Category & Product Knowledge
  • Represent our unique value in the home décor space. Understand our product lines, manufacturing capabilities, and how to position them with different retail formats (drop ship, wholesale, private label, etc.).
  • Sales Strategy & Prospecting
  • Identify new leads through industry relationships, online research, and trade show activity. Target and pitch mid-to-large retail and specialty accounts with tailored product assortments.
  • Retail Operations Awareness
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure account needs are met, including order timelines, packaging, merchandising specs, and replenishment cycles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or existing relationships in the Wall Art category is a must - Please do not apply if you do not qualify
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 7-8 years focused on furniture or home retail accounts
  • Proven track record selling to major retailers (e.g., TJX, Target, Hobby Lobby, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with retail buying processes, seasonal timelines, merchandising expectations, and vendor compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated success in creating programs that drive product sell-through at the retail level
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interfacing with C-level stakeholders, buyers, planners, and retail operations teams
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)
  • Creative thinker and adaptable problem-solver in a fast-moving, ever-changing customer environment
  • High attention to detail with a self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Energetic, outcome-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally across teams
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% overnight, plus additional local travel as needed
  • Full Time, (remote/WFH/office-hybrid available) Monday-Friday
