Purpose and Impact of Your Role

As PR Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Wisner Baum’s public relations efforts. Acting as the key liaison between our legal team and JOTO PR Disruptors, you’ll ensure alignment on messaging, coordinate approvals, and help prepare attorneys for high-profile media opportunities. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to navigate fast-paced priorities, manage relationships, and shape narratives will directly influence how our firm — and our cases — are represented to the world.

What Outcomes Will You Achieve

• Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication of PR goals and updates between Wisner Baum and the agency, resulting in cohesive campaigns and maximized media reach.
• Deliver accurate, on-brand, and legally compliant materials (press releases, media responses, talking points) within set deadlines to support fast-moving campaigns.
• Enhance Wisner Baum’s thought leadership by ensuring spokespersons are well-briefed, confident, and aligned with key messages during interviews and speaking engagements.
• Keep all projects on track and stakeholders informed, contributing to a high percentage of on-time deliverables and successful PR milestones.
• Facilitate the production of compelling content and coordinate necessary interviews or quotes, boosting the firm’s visibility and credibility.
• Align messaging, availability, and logistics across departments to minimize conflicts and maximize efficiency in campaign execution.
• Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign progress and success, supporting data-driven PR strategy improvements.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Relevant experience in PR coordination, communications, or a similar role with demonstrated ability to deliver on fast-paced campaigns.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with senior executives, journalists, and agency partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including basic copywriting and proofreading.
• Proficiency in using general project management and communication tools.
• Ability to work part-time from the Los Angeles office as required.
