Job Description
About the role:
As Senior Manager, HAE Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for Omnichannel Campaign Planning and Digital Execution, including design, execution, measurement, and optimization of high-value digital touchpoints aligned with brand strategies for the HAE franchise.
You will deliver a best-in-class customer experience by integrating strategic messaging into digital channels such as digital media, website, CRM, and targeted emails, creating a seamless experience that connects personal and non-personal engagements. You will collaborate with brand partners to develop and deliver this customer experience.
You will partner with Commercial Analytics & Insights (CA&I) and Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) teams to measure and optimize campaign performance, translating digital metrics into insights for campaign improvements. This requires strong cross-functional leadership and effective prioritization. You will report to the RDBU Omnichannel Marketing Capabilities Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on digital best practices for franchise digital initiatives, collaborating with Brand teams on implementation and performance insights.
- Partner with Corporate Communications, DD&T, and CA&I to drive omnichannel strategies enhancing customer and patient experiences.
- Oversee execution and budgeting for DAOR as the primary contact.
- Lead digital execution and measurement plans for HAE products.
- Manage the promotional budget for media and digital campaigns across the portfolio.
- Ensure all activities comply with Takeda’s Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance standards.
- Participate in review and approval processes for promotional initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience in biopharma, CPG, agency, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Experience deriving insights from digital performance data across channels like web, email, display, and social media.
- Experience managing creative/digital agencies and budgets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing with an omnichannel focus.
- Proven project management skills.
- Results-oriented, organized, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Availability to work 5 days a month at 500 Kendal, Cambridge MA.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with MLR processes.
