A minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care. Previous leadership experience as charge or lead RN.

Bachelor's in nursing. In lieu of BSN either an additional 3 years of experience or active enrollment in a bachelors program with a defined end date.

Ability to communicate effectively through variable methods (phone, email, instant messaging systems); ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team.

Current state of Wisconsin RN license or a multi-state nursing license from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
