What You Will Do:

  • Generate engineering specifications based on existing specifications, using company standards and requirements for document formats
  • Collaborate with Materials, Planning/Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production team to accurately document defined processes and procedures.
  • Understand the gate reviews and priorities for New Document Requests & Revision Document Requests
  • Independently utilize inputs from Engineering to generate redline prints of required changes and manage track changes in formatting tool.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of components and technical publications to effectively modify technical verbiage and illustrations
  • Prepare checklists & reviewed documented procedures

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience with authoring technical publications
  • Proven working experience in technical authoring
  • Strong experience using illustration tools creating interactive & visual procedures & documentation.
  • Experience with Teamcenter
  • Experience in new technical documentation and revision & maintenance of existing documentation.
  • Working knowledge of change request/engineering change process
  • Hands on experience working on any content management tool
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text & pictures & with visual interpretation
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English language

Pay Range: (Hourly) $28.85 - $31.25

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
