Duties:
Develop product requirements and marketing programs for capital equipment, instruments and disposables for use in stone and soft tissue management procedures
Plan new product introductions, including strategic positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programs
Work with Regulatory Affairs, Research, and Engineering to receive foreign market approvals
Execute local commercial launches
Recruit, train and manage sales managers in each local market
Appoint and manage distributors in each territory
Plan and coordinate international partnerships
Develop educational seminars, group meetings, live presentations and facilitate white papers
Set up and manage local Key Opinion Leaders sites to support marketing initiatives, such as speaking engagements, product benchmark studies, testimonials, and training workshops
Generate and manage international sales forecast and budget for capital equipment and disposables (fibers, endoscopes, etc.)
