Position Summary: We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively driven, and marketing-savvy Creative Project Manager to join our in-house Creative team. Reporting to the Creative General Manager, this role connects both strategy and process through a Creative lens—collaborating with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing to bring bold ideas to life through seamless execution. From high-visibility product launches and national promotions to multi-channel digital campaigns and always-on creative workstreams, you’ll be the coordinator behind the scenes—aligning cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every deliverable hits the mark creatively and strategically. Job Specifications: 3–5 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an in-house creative team or creative agency Proven track record managing creative projects in support of marketing, digital, or brand campaigns Strong grasp of creative development workflows (especially digital-first campaigns) Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Workfront, or related software Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with asset specs and file types for digital and print media Base Pay Range: USD $75,000 - USD $100,000 (+) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
