This role blends creativity with precision, combining expertise in visual design, animation, and video production with strong project coordination skills. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist and other teams to produce brand assets, event media, marketing collateral, and internal support materials — ensuring all creative work aligns with our brand standards and business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and produce high-quality images, animations, motion graphics, and videos for marketing campaigns
• Capture and edit video/photo content from Northpointe Bank-sponsored events
• Create engaging marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms
• Coordinate and track creative projects using project management software
• Manage incoming marketing material requests to ensure timely delivery
• Support onboarding/offboarding with branded materials (e.g., web pages, CRM accounts, welcome emails, bios, business cards, social graphics)
• Maintain and update marketing assets in the company CRM
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video software (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
• Experience producing multimedia content across multiple formats and platforms
• Strong organizational skills, project coordination ability, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
