Position Overview:
Financial Technologies Forum, LLC (FTF) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team full-time. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your marketing career while working across multiple aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and event support.
In this role, you will collaborate with FTF's marketing, editorial, content, and event production teams to support comprehensive marketing initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and event marketing while contributing to brand awareness and customer engagement efforts for both FTF and our clients.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop expertise in B2B marketing within the financial services industry. You'll receive mentorship and training while working on real projects that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Manage and support the growth of FTF’s social media presence by developing and scheduling content, engaging with followers, monitoring platform activity, and implementing strategies to boost visibility and audience interaction across all channels.
- Help create visually appealing content using design tools like Canva for social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Assist the marketing team in setting up and maintaining multiple automated campaigns in HubSpot across various projects, while helping to monitor and optimize workflows over time for improved engagement and performance.
Content Creation & Support
- Collaborate on content strategy development, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content
- Support the creation and promotion of FTF Focus, our quarterly digital magazine
- Assist in writing marketing copy for various campaigns and materials
- Help develop content for webinars, events, and client projects
- Support the editorial team with content research and fact-checking
Event Marketing & Support
- Collaborate with the event production team to develop and execute marketing materials that drive attendance and engagement for FTF events
- Help create promotional content including emails, social media posts, and event materials
- Support on-site event activities including content documentation and attendee engagement
- Contribute to post-event deliverables such as recaps, blog posts, social media highlights, and follow-ups materials.
- Help coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to develop content opportunities that enhance visibility and brand value
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor basic marketing metrics using HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Assist in creating reports on campaign performance and social media engagement
- Help track website activity and engagement metrics
- Support performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Assist with client-facing projects and content development
- Support marketing operations and campaign coordination
- Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience (internships and academic projects count)
- Interest in financial services/capital markets is a plus but not required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office365 and Teams
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms
- Willingness to learn HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva
- Interest in learning Adobe Photoshop/Elements
- Basic understanding of SEO principles preferred but not required
