Job Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with FDA, EU, and other guidelines to ensure documents meet regulatory standards.
• Represent the editorial group in medical writing and project teams.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, updating relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to medical editing staff.
• Lead complex or large medical writing projects, coordinating requirements and team meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements and policy development.
• Manage projects according to SOPs and client standards, ensuring timely delivery.
• Copyedit documents following AMA Style or other guidelines.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in developing process tools and internal policies.
• Compile medical writing deliverables as needed.
