Content Production

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on photography and retouching during active projects, while following guidance from the manager and aligning with overall creative direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, video editors, and other creatives to support high-quality content creation
• Assist with content production tasks such as image editing, asset organization, light video editing, and graphic adjustments
• Ensure consistent production quality across all creative assets
• Contribute to team discussions on content planning, asset management, and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content production, photography, and retouching, preferably within the fashion industry
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography and high-end retouching
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and digital asset management workflows
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for digital platforms and social media
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with and setting up heavy photography and video equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Photography and on-set video production a plus
• Fashion industry experience preferred
• Illustration and storyboard abilities welcomed

Pay Range

This is a full time position and the pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $65,000 - $75,000 (yr); base pay offered may vary "within the range" depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
