Job Description
The Associate Director of Integrated Marketing Campaigns leads the development and execution of strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns to support the firm’s business development and brand positioning efforts. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing, marketing, brand, communications, business development, and marketing technology teams to deliver creative, integrated marketing programs across practices, industries, and geographies. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns align with firm priorities, reflect a client-centric approach, and demonstrate a measurable impact.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, client-centric marketing campaigns that amplify priority services, elevate thought leadership, and deliver measurable growth across practices, industries, and global markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, brand, communications, digital, and research teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with firm priorities, client needs, and market opportunities
  • Drive a data-informed, digitally enabled campaign methodology by leveraging segmentation, journey mapping, personalization, marketing automation, and performance analytics to optimize engagement and deliver qualified business opportunities
  • Apply client insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging market trends to shape campaign targeting, messaging, and positioning strategies that are relevant, responsive, and differentiated
  • Establish and continuously refine campaign operating frameworks, including messaging architectures, toolkits, briefs, templates, and measurement models to ensure consistency, scalability, and executional excellence across the marketing function
  • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation by incorporating test-and-learn approaches to messaging, tactics, and creative formats; and integrating emerging technologies such as generative AI and marketing automation tools to enhance effectiveness
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed firm-sponsored events and sponsorships within broader campaign ecosystems that drive awareness, engagement, and alignment with growth objectives
