Job Description

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide make-up application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations. Your role is to create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry and/or retail makeup experience is desirable but not mandatory. Experience in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, and we welcome those eager to develop skills in these areas. Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required; amateur level expertise demonstrating high creativity and technical skill is acceptable.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview.
