The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth for our Repair and Remodel division. This role oversees both digital and traditional marketing efforts, manages the company’s brand presence, and ensures alignment with sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and the sales team to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads and a consistent customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet lead generation and revenue goals.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, retargeting).
- Oversee traditional advertising efforts (direct mail, print, radio, events, home shows).
- Partner with sales to optimize lead flow and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
- Develop creative content for website, social platforms, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Ensure marketing materials reflect the company’s reputation for quality and professionalism.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, creative vendors, and media partners.
- Negotiate media buys and sponsorship opportunities to maximize exposure.
- Monitor KPIs (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost).
- Provide regular reports to leadership on campaign performance and ROI.
- Continuously test and refine strategies to improve results.
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or other consumer service industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Buildertrend, JobNimbus, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
