About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across the Americas region. In this role, you will be instrumental in building Kongsberg PCSs brand presence, supporting sales growth, and strengthening our influence in the industry. Working closely with Global Marketing, Regional Sales and Business Managers, Product Managers, and Key Account Managers, you will create and deliver long-term and annual marketing plans. You will also oversee regional events and trade shows, manage external partners, and ensure marketing activities are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Develop a strategic marketing plan for the Americas, incorporating input from sub-regions and global stakeholders. Build and execute annual and regional marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy, budgets, and timelines. Lead all regional trade shows, events, and industry engagements to support business growth. Create and deliver marketing programs, campaigns, and sales tools to help achieve revenue targets. Report regularly on progress, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness to regional and global marketing leadership. Elevate Kongsberg PCSs market position through engagement with media, analysts, and industry associations. About You Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. 34 years experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in graphics, signage, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
