About the Opportunity
Our client, a purpose-driven skincare brand with deep roots in sustainability and clean beauty, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and evolve their marketing function. This role is with an established, founder-led company that manufactures in-house and operates with an artisan, farm-to-bottle ethos.
The brand has a strong foundation and loyal customer base—and is looking for a marketing leader who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on mindset. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in expanding brand awareness, driving performance across digital channels, and amplifying a story rooted in ethical sourcing, transparency, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Campaign Management
- Lead the execution of holistic marketing strategy across brand, digital, and performance channels.
- Manage external agency partners, including:
- Social Media Marketing Agency
- Email & SMS Marketing Agency
- Amazon Marketplace Agency
- Maintain and update the brand’s Shopify website—homepage swaps, banners, product uploads, and optimizations.
- Build and manage a robust marketing calendar to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and storytelling initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand messaging.
- Leverage SEO best practices to monitor, analyze, and implement optimizations when appropriate, ensuring content and site visibility are maximized
Brand Content & Messaging
- Develop and execute content strategies across email, social, Amazon, and site that reflect the brand’s values and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and voice across all consumer touchpoints.
- Create briefs and collaborate with internal or agency partners to deliver visual and written assets that communicate the brand’s mission and purpose.
- Create supplemental UGC in-house (i.e. behind-the-scenes content from the office and manufacturing location)
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Use data insights to inform optimization strategies and drive continued growth.
- Lead A/B testing and iterative improvements across all marketing efforts.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with product, operations, customer service, and fulfillment teams to align on promotional campaigns and launches.
- Translate brand vision and executive strategy into actionable marketing plans.

Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to both brand-building and eCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, and Amazon.
- Proven experience managing marketing agency relationships.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Confident using data to inform decisions and report out to leadership.
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or CPG categories
- Familiarity with Shopify or general eCommerce platforms and workflows
- Experience launching or scaling DTC campaigns
- Comfort with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to optimize and manage the Amazon account in-house
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (Dependent on experience)
