At Rani Alfers Farmers Insurance Agency, we are seeking a highly motivated and goal driven Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to join our Sales team in the Addison area.
Sales Agents in our organization play a crucial role in acquiring new business clients for the Agency. Their responsibilities include actively marketing, contacting leads provided by the Agency, and generating referrals to achieve ambitious sales targets and growth objectives. Additionally, Sales Agents are expected to adhere to our unique and proven One Call Sales process, which sets this role apart from other sales positions. Our ultimate goal is to help you succeed!

Responsibilities
- Communicating with and closing new leads as well as nurturing existing ones.
- Monitoring daily metrics and premium goals.
- Providing prompt and informative responses to inquiries via email and demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adhering to established procedures, processes, and documentation standards.
- Effectively conveying the benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with Farmers/Agency updates, products, and services.
- Achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals.

Requirements
- Has previous experience in a sales position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to learn and apply technology to improve processes.
- Excellent phone and persuasive skills.
- Must obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty License
- Ability to achieve high sales targets.
