We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our commercial clients. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, strong sales skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business through referrals, networking, cold calls, and prospecting.
- Build long-term, consultative relationships by understanding each client's business and insurance needs.
- Design tailored insurance programs by working closely with underwriters and carriers.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to policy binding - and exceed your goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving issues and offering proactive guidance.
- Conduct renewal meetings, recommend coverage changes, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay current on market trends, products, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
