Key Responsibilities

• The Fleet Manager, Broadcast and Media, is responsible for providing technical, production, and special project support for shipboard and shoreside operations. This role requires a strong technical understanding of all broadcast equipment and exceptional teaching skills to train others in the technical and creative uses of equipment.
• Supports the Entertainment team for technical and creative purposes, including dry docks and new builds, ensuring high production value, supporting content production and playback for Guest and Teammates TV, and collaborating with onboard management to improve broadcast support.
• Acts as a liaison between the Senior Manager of Entertainment Broadcast Media and vendors/technical staff during projects, managing vendor-supplied content implementation and assisting revenue teams in creating compliant commercial content.
• Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates Broadcast Managers and Operators, supports video shoot setups, and recommends promotions and development for team members.
• Manages budget, expenses, revenue targets, and maintains accurate records related to equipment, content, and expenses.
• Creates, edits, and produces content for onboard entertainment, including shows and new initiatives, and supports ship-specific TV content creation using corporate assets.

• Subject matter expert with proven leadership in broadcast teams.
• Ability to drive strategic discussions and collaborate with external clients and partners on content-related initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to analyze budgets, schedules, and production plans.
