Elevation Church is hiring: Graphic Designer (Media Creative Team) in Matthews

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute graphic content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church.
• Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs.
• Provide graphic content that enhances the churchs online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam.
• Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns.
• Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive and excellent ability to problem-solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting

DAY-TO-DAY

• Were a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, were in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, were supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• Theres a lot to accomplish each week, so were pretty fast-paced. Were also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But were good at playing hard, too. Were a creative staff, so theres no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You cant help but grow on our staff. Youll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
• We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
