Job Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and mobile to drive client objectives (CPA, ROAS, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand engagement).
- Serve as the Paid Media subject matter expert, partnering with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics, content, accounts) and external media partners to develop and optimize campaigns.
- Lead full campaign lifecycle including planning, creative briefing, setup, monitoring, optimization, analysis, reporting, and client communication.
What Success Looks Like
- Develop and present paid media strategies that align with client business objectives across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Optimize campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok to achieve KPIs.
- Build and analyze performance reports, identify trends, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Manage budgets of $75K–$100K+ per month, ensuring accurate pacing and spend allocation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, attribution models, data analytics, and best practices.
- Collaborate with account leads for client meetings and address concerns proactively.
