Job Responsibilities

  • Own and execute paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and mobile to drive client objectives (CPA, ROAS, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand engagement).
  • Serve as the Paid Media subject matter expert, partnering with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics, content, accounts) and external media partners to develop and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead full campaign lifecycle including planning, creative briefing, setup, monitoring, optimization, analysis, reporting, and client communication.

What Success Looks Like

  • Develop and present paid media strategies that align with client business objectives across both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Optimize campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok to achieve KPIs.
  • Build and analyze performance reports, identify trends, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage budgets of $75K–$100K+ per month, ensuring accurate pacing and spend allocation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, attribution models, data analytics, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with account leads for client meetings and address concerns proactively.
