Digital and social media skills are a strong plus -- we want to win across every platform! This role includes producing evening newscasts, possibly filling in as a producer on other shifts if needed, writing daily news stories for television and digital platforms, working with video, and managing multiple content sources before and during live broadcasts.

Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating stories and organizing them into a cohesive sequence within a newscast or digital content for the web.
- Contributing to the editorial process and making solid decisions in breaking news situations.
- Executing strategies to engage and grow audiences across all media devices.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV/film, or the equivalent.
- Experience in television or radio broadcast/production is a plus.
- Ability to interact well with video journalists, anchors, videographers, news managers, production, and engineering staff.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Strong news judgment, journalistic integrity, and understanding of viewer needs and expectations.
- Proficiency with state-of-the-art television technology and digital/social media platforms.
