Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

This agency is a powerhouse in brand storytelling, delivering high-impact media relations, influencer strategy, and cultural relevance for clients who demand both creativity and precision. In this role, you'll be a key day-to-day client partner, media relations expert, and creative thinker across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands ranging from indie disruptors to global names.

What You'll Do:

• Drive media strategy and outreach across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle accounts
• Develop compelling story angles and secure top-tier press coverage in national consumer outlets
• Manage timelines, reporting, and daily client communications
• Support influencer and content strategy alongside social and digital teams
• Partner with account leaders on strategy development and campaign planning
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of PR agency experience
• Strong media relationships
• A nose for what's newsworthy and what's trending
• Confidence in pitching, writing, and managing client expectations
• A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong team player with a desire to grow and lead
