Responsibilities

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online platforms
• Oversee strategic design projects influencing company direction
• Analyze advanced UI design solutions across multiple factors
• Establish and promote design guidelines and standards
• Serve as a design advocate, forecasting industry trends and impacts
• Build relationships within and outside the design community
• Provide usability support to product teams
• Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products
• Make strategic decisions requiring functional and compliance understanding
• Present designs and milestones to peers and executives
• Collaborate to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Recommend ways to reduce friction and streamline digital experience
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Online/Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic or Visual Arts
