BST GUYS is hiring qualified Service Writers and Managers immediately, offering top pay and a generous incentive plan.

Compensation depends on experience, ranging from $22 to $35 an hour, with potential to earn over $100,000 annually through an unlimited incentive plan.

We are dedicated to providing quality vehicle services, including inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing ASE Certifications and/or extensive automotive repair experience. We seek automotive service managers to oversee all service department activities in a retail store selling tires and automotive parts.

This role is a Store Manager developmental position, with a focus on training and internal promotion. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and consulting with customers
• Following up on services, estimates, and completion times
• Overseeing vehicle inspections and making recommendations
• Preparing repair orders and sourcing parts
• Discussing pricing estimates and promoting service specials
• Leading, managing, and training team members
• Supervising up to ten employees
• Overseeing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of various vehicles
• Maintaining inventory and facility organization
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Service writer experience
• General automotive knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Leadership and team-building abilities
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 per year.
