Aircraft Leasing VP Marketing (Americas)
My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a VP Marketing to join its marketing and trading team with a focus on mid-life asset sales and trading.

Originate and execute mid-life aircraft and engine placement, leasing, and trading opportunities across the Americas
Lead negotiations for high-value commercial transactions, including lease structuring and portfolio trades
Develop and maintain relationships with senior airline executives across the region
Represent the business in strategic growth initiatives and contribute to global marketing plans
Analyse market activity and provide insight to senior leadership on regional trends and deal pipelines Requirements
10+ years’ experience in aircraft and engine leasing, sales, and portfolio trading
Proven track record closing mid-life and used aircraft placements across the Americas
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Right to work in the US A market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate. The preferred location for this position is Miami althought there is flexibility for a candidate with strong experience in the midlife (10-20 years) engine and aircraft space.
