Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a consistent and strategic social media calendar, aligning content with leasing activity, property events, and branding goals.
  • Serve as a proactive content creator, producing compelling, on-brand visual and written content that highlights property features, tenant success stories, and market insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithms, and social media best practices to ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and competitive.
  • Professionally manage sensitive or negative interactions on social platforms, using sound judgment to transform challenges into positive, relationship-building opportunities.
  • Act as a clear and consistent communicator, ensuring internal stakeholders, leasing teams, and property managers are kept up to date on campaign progress, content schedules, and performance insights.
  • Monitor and manage daily social media activity across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Assist with social media advertising and boosted content in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) to elevate content quality when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; experience in commercial real estate or B2B marketing is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
  • Ability to manage feedback, maintain professionalism, and foster a positive online brand presence.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with commercial property marketing, leasing terminology, or property operations is preferred.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time: Minimum of 20 hours a week

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
