Account Executive Role
The Account Executive (AE) will develop and implement a sales plan for target enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on Body Worn Cameras. You are responsible for sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for customers and accounts.
The Account Executive will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Ability to develop and execute on winning strategy within enterprise accounts across North America for Body Worn Camera solutions.
- Ability to create, cultivate, and close deals for Body Worn Cameras through our channel partners, and/or directly with end users and customers in the enterprise verticals.
- Power to build business plans with internal teams, partners, and external customers to drive sales of Body Worn Cameras.
- Uncover additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all Body Worn Camera offerings.
- Resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Enterprise Mobile Video Support Team.
- Regular client follow-ups to ensure "Total Customer Satisfaction" with Body Worn Camera products and services.
- Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs for Body Worn Cameras to existing, eligible customers.
- Ensuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the Mobile Video Body Worn Camera products and services that are purchased.
- Work with existing Solution Sellers focusing on other parts of the portfolio in the regions.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Startup experience beneficial
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 4+ years of sales/public safety experience
- Outside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations desired
- Experience in the following vertical is highly preferred: Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Private Security, Transportation, Loss Prevention
- Strong relationship development and management skills
- Ability to be a strong self-starter and hunt to identify/create sales opportunities for Body Worn Cameras.
- High-caliber, articulate, and motivated sales professional
- Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor for Body Worn Camera solutions.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Body Worn Camera technology a plus.
Location and Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel greater than 60% of the time
- Candidates can live anywhere in the United States
Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
