POSITION SUMMARY:

This Graphic Designer is responsible for creating digital content across multiple formats for all artist album campaigns, touring, and storytelling initiatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, build, and edit assets for online properties to support all artist initiatives.
• Collaborate with Day-to-Day Managers on album campaign assets and execute all necessary graphics and videos in multiple formats.
• Design and send monthly newsletters and promo blasts.
• Create videos for merch promo, tour sizzlers, ads, etc. using live performance content and animation.
• Edit content and provide links for audio and video liners.
• Design social graphics and banners, admats, visualizers, Spotify canvases, gifs, etc.
• Must have knowledge of industry standards as it relates to digital assets.
• Manage workload based on cross-departmentally priorities.
• Edit video and audio content for artist initiatives.
• Create tour admats and verify dates, location, support and provide error corrections.
• Have stylistic versatility based on each artists’ aesthetic.
• Design logos and unique art for artist branding.
• Come up with and execute designs for artist merch and posters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, In Design, Illustrator.
• Strong combined background in music, technology, and social media.
• Demonstrated ability to develop.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and handle sensitive information with discretion.
