About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to level up our presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and selected project handles. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, building community vibes, and boosting brand impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Run daily content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Manage and grow select project X handles, Discord under my company
• Build monthly content calendars and campaigns focused on maximum engagement
• Analyze performance using tools like SproutSocial, Meta Insights, X Analytics, etc.
• Track KPIs and generate crisp weekly/monthly performance reports
• Jump into trends and memes when needed—timing matters!
• Collaborate with design, campaign, and regional CM teams

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management (web3/tech is a plus)
• Hands-on with analytics tools, content scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Solid understanding of engagement mechanics across major platforms
• Quick with content hooks, meme-friendly, and always on-brand
• Organized AF—can juggle multiple handles without dropping the ball
• Basic design or editing skills (Canva/Figma/CapCut) is a bonus
