We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented In-Store Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life in-store. You'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience by executing visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and sales.

What You'll Do

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store presentation and customer flow
• Set up seasonal windows, in-store displays, and promotional signage
• Maintain visual elements like mannequins, fixtures, and lighting to ensure a fresh and on-brand look
• Conduct regular floor walks to assess and adjust merchandising effectiveness
• Monitor inventory presentation and support timely replenishment
• Share insights on trends and customer behavior with the VM team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion or retail
• Strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling through visuals
• Understanding of customer psychology and retail sales principles
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Hands-on with VM tools and display equipment
• Flexible with scheduling - early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Background in fashion, interior design, or visual arts (would be advantageous)
• Familiarity with planograms and VM software (would be advantageous)
