Description

Reporting to the Director of Broadcast Production, Operations & Services, the Broadcast Operations & Services Planning Specialist will support the planning and delivery of broadcast for the FIFA World Cup 2026, with a focus on project management tools, administration, and documentation.

THE POSITION

• Administer and maintain project management platforms and file systems used for broadcast planning and delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate data input across planning tools, including task tracking, and milestone updates.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and rollout of broadcast operations processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment with broadcast delivery timelines and dependencies.
• Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of broadcast documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support during live tournament operations, assist with issue logging, resolution tracking, and coordination between venue operations and central broadcast operations.
• Support the post-event documentation and knowledge capture process.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or similar level of higher education
• Minimum 6 years of experience in event or project management, preparation, and planning.
• Strong project management skills, with experience of managing complex projects across preparation, planning, and delivery preparation & planning of major sports events, FIFA World Cup or other FIFA events will be an asset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools
• Experience with administration of project management tools
• Experience with management of sharepoint sites will be an asset
