Architectural Designer

Selectek is searching for an Architectural Designer with a background in local and state projects in the Metro Atlanta area.

Required:

• Prepare and produce designs, construction and administration documents, and schematic designs for local and state buildings
• Conduct research on zoning codes, building materials and systems
• Prepare designs, model buildings, renderings, and visual presentations
• Excellent communications skills to collaborate with the team to help solve design issues
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Bluebeam
• BA Architecture plus 5 years of experience
• No license needed

Sponsorship: No

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000

Term of assignment: Direct Hire

Location of job: Kennesaw, GA (they prefer someone live close to this area)

Hours and shift: 8AM 5PM EST (Flexible on hours if needed)

Work from home/remote: No

Travel: None

Work attire: Business Casual
