About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the marketing strategies within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination or support role within a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated copywriting ability.
- Experience managing trade shows and marketing events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with print advertising processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the professional, scientific, or technical services industry.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software and CRM systems.
- Graphic design skills or experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Project management certification or experience.
- Multilingual abilities to support diverse internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across the marketing department and other business units.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
