Responsibilities
Design marketing and advertising materials, including digital assets (paid social ads, social media posts, web graphics, email templates) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, packaging, posters).
Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to produce high-quality, visually engaging designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and color standards.
Adapt and refine designs based on performance metrics, A/B testing insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Develop layout compositions, iconography, and visual hierarchies that enhance user experience and audience engagement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to maintain fresh, modern aesthetics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets and meeting production deadlines.
Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files meet quality and format specifications for both digital and print use.
Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for new branding and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in graphic design.
A strong portfolio showcasing work that has driven results.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Experience designing for multiple formats, including digital, print, and multimedia.
Familiarity with Canva.
Familiarity with Figma, UI/UX best practices, web design principles, and responsive layouts.
Creativity and attention to detail, ensuring every design meets high-quality standards.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities for seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to fast-paced work environments with shifting priorities.
Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.
