This Lead Technician role requires at least 3+ years of audio/visual installation experience in all aspects of residential/commercial installations from pre-wires to trim, to final installation and programming of:

· TV mounting on various mounts with back boxes

· Equipment rack building, lacing and finishing

· Home theaters & media rooms

· Multi-room A/V

· Networking components and configuration

· Home automation and control systems

· Lutron products like centralized lighting, motorized shades, and draperies
