Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Insurance Producer to join our team in Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as selling and managing insurance products. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess a strong understanding of insurance products, and maintain an active insurance license in the state of Illinois. Pay is competitive and will depend on your experience and will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and policy inquiries in both Spanish and English.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing and new clients based on their individual needs and risk profiles.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance market and trends to effectively advise clients on the best products and solutions.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring that policies are up-to-date and compliant with state regulations.
Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and servicing.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics to contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Active Illinois insurance producer license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
