Job Description
France Media, Inc., an Atlanta-based publisher of business-to-business magazines and websites and producer of educational networking conferences, is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Media & Events Sales Executive to join our growing team. This dynamic role combines selling advertising space across our print and digital media properties with producing and selling sponsorships for our national commercial real estate conferences.
Based in our Atlanta headquarters, this position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of media and events, developing meaningful industry relationships and playing a vital role in our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising & Media Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to sell print and digital advertising, website ad space, thought leadership campaigns, and other media offerings to new and existing clients.
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities while effectively renewing and expanding current accounts.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of integrated media solutions.
- Conference Production & Sponsorship Sales
- Conceptualize and develop conference programs, agendas, and content tailored to the commercial real estate industry.
- Recruit industry-leading speakers and moderators to create compelling and relevant conference experiences.
- Sell sponsorship and exhibit packages, cultivating strong relationships with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Assist with event execution, serving as a visible leader both behind the scenes and onsite at events.
- Relationship Management & Brand Representation
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships to drive revenue and strengthen brand reputation.
- Represent France Media at industry events and conferences nationwide, actively networking and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and audience development efforts to grow event attendance and expand media reach.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, including new business development and account management, ideally within media, advertising, or event environments.
- Experience in conference production, including agenda creation and speaker recruitment, is highly desirable.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed to support conferences and client meetings.
- A working knowledge of Salesforce and prior media sales experience are strong positives.
