This role is 2 days per week onsite, at our headquarter offices, located at Hudson Yards (NYC) and the other 3 days are remote. We're looking for a designer who finds joy in making messy content make sensesomeone who sees a wall of copy, a spreadsheet of stats, or a slide full of bullet points and instinctively knows how to turn it into something clear, beautiful, and smart.
This isn't just about data. It's about making sense of all kinds of contentideas, narratives, insights, informationand designing visual stories that help people quickly understand what matters, and why.
This is a design role, yesbut it's not just about making things look good. It's about using design to help people understand better. To take raw contentdata, insights, ideasand turn it into something people actually want to read, engage with, and remember. Presentations, reports, dashboards, training decks... all of it.
You'll help shape everything from executive presentations to training decks to visual reports and dashboards. Your work will bring structure to chaos, simplify the complex, and make content feel not only digestiblebut meaningful.
You'll work closely with teams across the agency to shape narratives, visualize insights, and elevate how we communicate ideas internally and externally. If you're someone who loves organizing content, elevating visuals, and helping others communicate more clearly and creativelythis might be the role you've been looking for.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create polished, design-forward, brand-aligned presentations, reports, dashboards, and one-pagers that feel cohesive, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
- Bring strategy to the screenchoosing layouts, charts, and visuals that clarify (not clutter) the message.
- Design for both brains and eyesyour work needs to work hard, and look great doing it.
- Choose layouts, visual styles, and pacing that help people absorb information quickly and clearlywhether it's a key insight or a training concept.
- Design with intent: for busy readers, non-designers, and people who just want to "get it" faster.
Make the complex feel simple:
- Take dense or messy content and organize it into stories that flow naturally and land with impact helping others move from A to Z when the content is fuzzy, the data is dense, or the story hasn't fully taken shape yet.
- Ask great questions to get to the heart of the messageand design visuals that bring that message to life.
- Turn numbers into insights, and insights into visuals that are digestible and smartespecially for folks who aren't data people.
- Use your natural storytelling instincts to bring editorial-level clarity and visual pacing to our materials.
- Bring purpose to every layoutusing design to help people feel informed, aligned, and inspired to act.
- Make data and content more accessible, not more intimidating.
- Help people connect emotionally and intellectually to the information they're seeingso it doesn't just inform, it moves them.
Collaborate across functions:
- Work with strategists, analysts, designers, and content leads to shape narratives that connect the dots.
- Bring a creative lens to functional workhelping others reimagine how we present information, not just replicate past templates.
- Know when to push for design excellence, and when to simplify for speed and clarity.
Evolve the craft:
- Help develop better systems and templates so our storytelling gets stronger over time.
- Stay curious about design trends, visual storytelling, and data visualization so we're always leveling up.
- Champion thoughtful, human-centered design that makes business content feel a little more... human.
