Careers ← Back to Careers Videographer The Marketing Intern at Mulbah will play a vital role in helping our partners grow meaningful brands by planning, creating, and executing social media content. This is a hybrid role that blends strategy and creativity — from trend-based research and original ideation, to content capturing and editing, to social media scheduling and audience engagement. You’ll be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing content across five brands. This internship is ideal for someone who has a passion for social media, enjoys both thinking and doing, and has experience producing their own content or managing content for others. Responsibilities Content Research Conduct weekly trend-based research on Reels, TikToks, and short-form video formats (2–3 hrs/week). Create monthly filming plans with at least 15 specific ideas per partner, including references, caption/audio ideas, and shot lists. Present at least 15 new trend-based ideas and original content ideas rooted in brand philosophy per week, categorized by type (e.g., testimonials, transitions, humor, etc.). Content Creation Visit partner locations biweekly to capture high-quality, branded content (videos, photos, graphics). Follow approved content plans and execute content using best practices (HD quality, on-brand design assets, trending audio, captions, etc.). Edit and prepare final deliverables: minimum 15 pieces of content per partner per month. Organize and upload content into appropriate Google Drive folders with correct naming conventions. Social Media Scheduling Take final, approved content and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite. Match all posts to the Marketing Planner exactly — including captions, visuals, CTAs, and tags. Monitor scheduling and formatting to ensure everything is properly queued and error-free. Check the “Calendar” view for spacing, consistency, and accuracy across all accounts. Engagement & Collaboration Post daily stories and engage with audiences across platforms. Assist the Marketing Strategist and Art Director with campaign logistics — including wardrobe coordination, on-set assistance, influencer collaborations, and data collection. Attend weekly huddles and team meetings to present content ideas and discuss results. Contribute to creative brainstorms, shoots, and partner-specific campaign development. Results Present at least 15 content ideas per week, plus at least 5 original content ideas per month. Deliver at least 15 pieces of well-executed content per partner monthly, aligned with each brand’s identity and voice. Maintain high-quality, scheduled content across all social channels that results in increased engagement metrics (likes, comments, saves, shares). Drive a 30% increase in follower count per partner every quarter. Requirements Proven experience creating content for social media (either personally or professionally). Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ability to shoot and edit high-quality, short-form videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Strong visual storytelling skills and a portfolio or samples that demonstrate creative thinking. Experience managing social media accounts or scheduling content through platforms like Meta Business Suite. Excellent written communication — especially with captions, CTAs, and brand voice alignment. Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple partners and deadlines with minimal supervision. Collaborative attitude with a willingness to receive feedback and work with a creative team. Availability to visit partner locations for content capture as needed (transportation required). Curiosity, drive, and a passion for digital storytelling and brand building. Experience working with positive impact consumer brands in wellness, beauty, food, or creative industries.
