Residential Marketing Associate - Waterloo, IA

Join our growing team of Residential Marketing Associates! Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking Residential Marketing Associates! This position earns commission in addition to a base pay. You will receive an hourly wage of $20, with current employees earning up to $27/hr including incentives. Work hours are Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with specific start and end times varying by season and area. Breaks and a 1-hour lunch are provided. Base pay depends on experience, education, location, and certifications, with more details available during hiring. Purpose: This role involves generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.
