As CampaignHQs go-to creative and strategic resource, youll execute high-quality marketing campaigns that strengthen our reputation for speed, reliability, and results while shaping how were seen by current and prospective clients. This full-time, in-person role reporting to the Chief Client Officer and works closely with Business Development and Client Success. Youll work within our brand guide while using a creative sandbox to test new approaches. This role blends creative execution, strategic messaging, and client-centered communication, producing content that showcases our work, reinforces relationships, and supports revenue growth. We operate in quarterly sprints with clear goals. Each week, youll deliver social content, marketing materials, and strategies that match the political season and buyers journey, while managing swag, events, and other initiatives. Over time, this role can grow to lead the full marketing plan. Keep the website current, SEO-optimized, and on-brand. Manage social campaigns on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others to drive awareness, engagement, and leads. Develop and schedule targeted email campaigns. Manage logistics and marketing for webinars, events, and client projects. Source creative swag and manage distribution. Promote open positions to attract top talent. Oversee budgets for ads, swag, and events, including vendor selection and execution. Track performance across social, website, and newsletter, refining strategies to meet KPIs. Requirements: Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools; Adobe Suite a plus. Skilled with AI tools for copywriting, design, and ideation. Experience with organic and paid campaigns on social platforms and Google Ads. Strong marketing, email, and social writing skills. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics. Excellent project management skills: able to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator. Understanding of political campaigns, voter contact, and advocacy best practices. The Ideal Candidate: Fast, decisive, and calm under pressure in high-stakes, quick-turn situations.
