This position is for the role of Content Analyst in the Real Time Analytics (RTA Content) team.

The process involves monitoring and validating calculated pricing data daily for key analytical FI/FX content sets, including timeseries and referencing. The team is responsible for delivering critical content improvements, managing content migrations, and collaborating with development teams on testing content releases. The team must ensure seamless support for FIFX analytical content and act as a point of contact for pricing-related queries, client issues on prices, and charting across products like Eikon, Workspace, Datascope Select, DataScope Equity, and DataStream.

Crucial Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring, validating, and confirming the accuracy of prices received from sources.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to identify trends and address client concerns with solutions to reduce queries.
  3. Adding new content and increasing coverage on FI/FX analytical instruments, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  4. Addressing client queries with relevant details.
  5. Engaging regularly with source, production, and development teams to ensure continuous development.
  6. Matching department-wise monthly targets without breaches.
  7. Working proactively within teams or individually to identify and resolve issues.
  8. Assisting with data projects and testing as needed.
  9. Liaising directly with internal and external clients.
  10. Supporting project work and migrations, supporting seniors or specialists.

Required Skills:

  • Good financial market knowledge, especially in bonds and swaps markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange and fixed income markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts.
