Our pharma ad agency client is hiring a Marketing Operations Editor to oversee the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.

You will be the expert on their approval processes, ensuring all materials are routed correctly and meet quality standards.

This role involves leading promotional review committee meetings, collaborating with marketing and agencies to prioritize approvals, especially during new campaigns, and managing the Veeva Promomats platform, including user access, training, and report generation to streamline workflows.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing and submitting materials to the FDA, updating internal procedures, and supporting departmental projects. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in Regulatory, Quality, or related areas
  • Pharma/science industry experience
  • Document quality checking
