Position Title : Associate

Job Summary : As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, contributing to the store’s success and our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively to meet sales and operational goals, adhering to store policies and safety standards.
• Additional duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications :

• Experience: Retail or similar experience with a proven sales record preferred.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Minimum Requirements :

• Availability for a set, weekly schedule including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
• Clear spoken English for effective communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports.

Physical Demands :

• Prolonged standing (4-14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock or assist customers.
• Climbing ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Regularly lift items weighing 5-25 lbs, with possible higher weights in some cases.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.

Compensation :

Store Associate pay: $17.81 per hour. Role includes eligibility for the company 401K plan.
