Position Summary/ Department Summary
Concepts/Designs/Layout/Production— Develops communications materials across all channels supporting the Trust. Works collaboratively with fundraising colleagues to develop communications materials to support all key stages through the donor process: awareness, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Manages and/or consults on graphic design project work, typically encompassing a component of a larger project or campaign, for the Trust Communications department. Ensures the hospital’s brand standards. Implement projects from design through delivery.

Experience
3 years’ total relevant experience, at least 2 of which must involve working with clients and designing and building graphic assets to satisfy clients' needs. The academic requirements can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for directly related work in a design studio setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr

Key Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of assigned work from design/layout through production.
- Works on multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, and participates in meetings with fundraising partners to gain first-hand knowledge of project scope and goals.
- Under limited supervision, digital and print materials including event flyers, social media graphics, promotional decks, emails, and more.
- Maintains and evolve brand standard aesthetics across multiple channels.
- Presents design concepts to creative lead and/or project lead before presentation to fundraising partners; finalizes design based on feedback.
- Understands how to package files for related vendors.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite required (Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere a bonus); stays abreast of the latest ideas in design and technological advances in graphic design.
- Maintains collaborative team relationships within and across departments to contribute to goals and foster a positive work environment.
