We're Hiring a Social Media Manager – Full-Time & On-Site in Panama City!

Peaden is seeking a creative, community-minded, full-time Social Media Manager to join our in-house team. This is not a contract or remote opportunity-we're looking for a team player who's ready to represent Peaden from our Panama City office and in the communities we serve across the Panhandle.

About The Role

Florida Panhandle (Travel Required) | Full-Time | $52,000 – $62,000/year

On-site in Panama City, FL – This is not a remote or contract role.

Peaden is a family-owned, rapidly growing home services company with a trusted name and a strong local reputation. We're expanding-and we need an on-site Social Media Manager to help tell our story in an authentic and impactful way.

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be more than just a content creator-you'll be a Peaden brand ambassador. You'll immerse yourself in our company culture, work closely with our marketing team, and travel to local job sites and events to capture and share the moments that matter.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for a creative strategist and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll manage day-to-day social content while working cross-functionally to support recruitment, branding, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative, goal-driven social media strategy
• Capture real-time content at job sites, events, and branch offices
• Produce original videos, graphics, and written content across platforms
• Manage engagement and build online community presence
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize for growth
• Collaborate with designers, departments, and leadership to align on messaging
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Proven ability to create short-form video and photo content
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Comfortable traveling within the Florida Panhandle
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, iMovie
• Must be able to work on-site in Panama City, FL
