Guidelines:
- Collaborate with Store Management, Buyers, and the Visual Manager to meet corporate, store, image, and marketing objectives
- Use creativity to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Design settings that meet customer needs and contribute to increased sales
- Implement changes sent by Corporate, such as setting floor models, table lists, comforter lists, and rug lists
- Ensure all furniture and accessories are tagged with current prices, side sliders, and floor sample tags
- Coordinate with management to ensure all items slated for the floor are displayed
- Maintain current POP materials on the floor, checking weekly to ensure completeness
- Open and display accessories promptly upon receipt
- Work with Inventory Specialists to scan merchandise moved to different locations for accurate inventory tracking
- Run AIR reports every Monday to determine required items based on the store rating system
- Participate in floor walkthroughs to ensure positive display of items
- Keep price tags updated on new items and coordinate with warehouse for proper tagging

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and decorating with Big Sandy or other retailers
